11 Weeks

How far along? 11 Weeks
Maternity clothes? No, but the belly band is my best friend!
Stretch marks? None
Sleep: I feel pretty good but don't feel like I get a full nights sleep thanks to the dear old bathroom breaks. I would love to nap but I have never been a napper. If I do sit on the couch and it is after 7:00 I am guaranteed to fall asleep whether dishes are not done or their is a great show on tv!
Miss Anything? I'm not a big drinker. I'll enjoy a drink every now and then. But these last few weeks if I smell beer or I see a margarita my mouth waters and I would so kill for one!
Movement: Not sure maybe a flutter today. It was the slightest little tickeling feeling. Still not certain though.
Food cravings: Anything salty, cereal, and chocolate milk! But if I even think, smell, or see any red meat I will lose it!
Gender: Brandon and I are thinking boy at this point but you never know. We have our gender ultrasound scheduled for April 28th!
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: Morning sickness, which is finally I think letting up a little. Certain smells set me off and I will throw up and also I get extremely nauseous if I do not put something in my stomache every two hours.
Belly Button in or out? In.
Wedding rings on or off? On :-)
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy. I haven't been moody at all really. Well I don't think I have been. Brandon may say different at times lol. I may be a little more sensitive that is for sure. But he is so amazing and patient with me. I have not been able to really cook because of the morning sickness and smells. He has been such a help around the house since my OCD has fallen to the back burner and it takes every effort to get the motivation to do the basic cleaning.
Looking forward to: Finding out if this sweet little blessing is a baby boy or a little princess!! Both of us along with family are dying to know!

Phone Photo Dump

There is way too much catching up to do so I figured I would do a photo dump from my phone to kinda sum up the last few months. We got news the end of September that we were moving to San Clemente, CA which made this girl EXTREMELY happy (and this time we will at least stay put for 3 years)! But before the big move Brandon had to be gone for 2 months for training and then I would meet up with him in Cali. I was stressed and worried. We had not met too many people because we had only lived in Texas for a couple months. I started praying knowing that God would keep me safe and somehow make the time pass quickly. Thank goodness for my two furry babies that got me out of the house everyday to go to the doggy park! And it was there that I met an amazing girl and her husband who became my saving grace! Becky and Aaron took me in as their tag along and kept my mind busy and I was able to meet even more people through them! So luckily the time flew by fast and now I have 3 great friendships that I know will last a lifetime (Walker, Becky, and Aaron...love you guys)! Doggy park, movies, Fiesta Texas, dinners, shopping, happy hours, and watching my sweet little girls kept me one busy girl! And then to top it off my Grammie joined me for the last few weeks in Texas!

Why I love Texas...

All I can say is I aboslutely love it here! The sights, sounds, and new experiences are so exciting. The people are so nice. Can I say I just LOVE southern hospitality!!!!
We visited a few of the tourist spots here in San Antonio because we had to be able to say we actually did them.
My favorite park was the waterpark and you can't beat a day in the sunshine while playing in the water!

These are our favorite spots to drive to for a little night out on the town. Movies, music, dinner, drinks...you can do it all!

My two sins...Chick-fil-a and Hobby Lobby. I swear they take most of the money I make lol
And you can't be the coutry feel all around you! We even have BIG malls here!
And this is my favorite place to have some quick BBQ food!

Have a great day y'all!! ;-)

Goodbye Rainy Days, Hellon Sunny Rays

Well it is time for new adventures in life. Brandon has had an opportunity to do some training in San Antonio, Texas so we jumped right on it. I can't explain how excited I am to live someplace that is warm and that has sunshine almost everyday! After living in Washington our whole lives we are both more than ready for this move! I have heard so many great things about the south and follow so many fellow bloggers who live in the south so I was more than ready to see for myself what all the excitement was about. Don't get me wrong, Brandon and I both will miss our families more than anything, but it is time for a new chapter and only God knows the plan he has in store for us. We packed our bags (the movers packed our belongings thank goodness) and hit the road. My cousin nicole and our best friend Cesar decided to join the trip and make the road a little more exciting. Let's just say with the two of them there is NEVER a dull moment! We made some great memories along the way and it was the perfect way to start this new chapter in our lives!

Not Goodbye but See you soon!

Goodbye are never easy! And this is why I have told myself it is not goodbyes but see you soon. Brandon and I are officially moving to Texas on August 1st. We are both more than excited but there is a bittersweet feeling that comes with it. We are ready for new beginings and definately some sunshine in our lives. But it will be hard for the both of us to not have friends and family close at hand. We were both born and raised in Washington so that is where our life is. When we leave here we are leaving behind EVERYTHING we have ever known. The thing that keeps me grounded is knowing that I will have my best friend, my two furry babies, and God by my side on this new adventure.
We couldn't leave without hanving a big get together. And we will take ANY excuse we can get to throw a party! My parents were wonderful and let us use their house since we were moved out of our house and living at my brother's house for the last week. We lucked out and it was a beautiful sunny day (rare here in WA)!
I want to say to all our family and friends:
We will miss you more than you know. Thank you for so much love and support as we embark on this new part of life! You are the reason we have amazing memories and will FOREVER call Washington home! Life will not be the same without you, but remember wherever life may take us you will always have a place to visit! We love everyone of you!
